What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are determined by three primary factors. Firstly, they depend on your location as we ship globally. Secondly, they are determined by the urgency of your order, as we offer both normal and express shipping options. Lastly, they depend on the size and weight of your order. Although this may seem complicated, we simplify the process for you. Before payment, you will be presented with your shipping options and costs.

When can I expect my parcel?

Most orders are processed within 3-4 working days, unless otherwise specified. For orders shipped within India, delivery usually takes between 3-7 working days. If you live in a remote area, please allow for additional time. For international orders, delivery times vary between 10-21 days when shipped via registered postal service, and 7-10 days for EMS Speed Post. During busy periods, or in rare cases, registered parcels may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within this time frame, please contact us so that we can track your parcel.

Which countries do you ship to?

We can ship to any country that has a postal service. All orders are dispatched from our offices in India to your postal address, making shipping available worldwide.

Will I be liable for customs charges when I order online?

The recipient of the order is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country, as they are the importer of record. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are levied by the destination country. Once a shipment reaches the recipient's country, the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees. The recipient is also responsible for additional charges for customs clearance, which must be fulfilled by them. Hemplanet Online Store has no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they may be.

In some cases, certain countries' customs may reject nutritional supplements, as in the case of Germany. When a package is rejected by customs, the package may be destroyed, or customs may contact the recipient to ask if they want it destroyed or returned. However, return fees are often prohibitive, so the product is destroyed instead. Therefore, it is advisable to check with the customs department of your country to ensure that the products you are ordering will be accepted. Due to issues such as these, we require customers to assume all financial risk for their orders once they leave India. When customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
